BRISTOL — City leaders, ARPA Task Force members and West Cemetery Association members met Friday at the Carlyle Barnes Memorial Chapel at West Street Cemetery to see how funds supported repairs and discussed future preservation options.
The Carlyle Barnes Memorial Chapel was built in 1930 by members of the Barnes family in memory of Carlyle Fuller Barnes, who lived from 1852 to 1926.
