Mark Morello

BRISTOL — The City Council will vote Thursday on whether or not to appoint Mark Morello as interim police chief replacing longtime chief Brian Gould.

Morello, 45, is a 24 year veteran of the Bristol Police Department and is currently serving as deputy chief of administration. If his appointment is approved by the Council, he would take over on Friday when Gould officially retires.
